 We want you to love your purchase! Maison Eight offers a 14-day return policy, starting from the date your order is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

If a returned item shows signs of wear or damage beyond normal handling, Maison Eight reserves the right to either refuse the return or deduct a reasonable amount to cover any loss in value.

Please keep your shipping receipt or tracking number until your refund is confirmed.

 Costs & Refunds

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Pre-order items

Pre-order items may be cancelled before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, standard return conditions apply. 

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos so we can assist you.
